Just finished the custom tutu for a friend this morning. It's about 60 feet of pink tulle with the waist covered in a very wide satin ribbon. It makes for easy on and easy off.
The satin slides easily and keeps the tulle from turning around the elastic when the child puts it on herself. It can be tied in a bow or a knot. We also made the elastic somewhat adjustable so that if needed Mom or someone handy has the option of letting it out as the child grows.
There's a ring holding both sides of elastic. On one side we used several large stitches in a contrasting color that could easily be removed and left an extra inch and a half of elastic. We're going to sell these with matching "hair*dos" (hair accessories), but we need some help deciding how to market.
Should it be $27-$30 with Free hair accessory...or....
Combo tutu with matching hair accessory for $27 - $30
Should we split it up with a cheaper price and list the hair accessories separately?
What kind of offer would make this most appealing to you?
